Booking & Reservations

How do I book a car?

You can book online through our website, via email, or by calling us directly. We recommend booking in advance, especially during high season (November-March).

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit of $200-500 is required at pickup. This is returned when you return the vehicle in the same condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (USD or THB), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers.

Driver Requirements

What documents do I need?

You need a valid driver’s license, International Driving Permit (IDP), passport, and credit card for the deposit.

Can I rent if I’m under 25?

Yes, drivers aged 21-24 can rent economy and standard cars. Luxury vehicles require drivers to be 25+.

Can someone else drive the car?

Yes, additional drivers can be added for $5/day. They must meet the same requirements and be present at pickup.

Insurance & Safety

What insurance is included?

All rentals include third-party liability, collision damage waiver (CDW), and theft protection (TP).

What happens if I have an accident?

Contact us immediately and file a police report. Our insurance will cover damages according to the policy terms.

Are the cars regularly maintained?

Yes, all vehicles are serviced regularly and inspected before each rental to ensure safety and reliability.

Pickup & Return

Where can I pick up the car?

We offer free pickup at Phuket Airport. Hotel delivery is available for a small fee ($10-20).

What if my flight is delayed?

No problem! Just let us know your new arrival time and we’ll adjust the pickup accordingly.

Can I return the car outside business hours?

Yes, we offer 24/7 pickup and return. After-hours returns can be arranged with advance notice.

Driving in Phuket

Is it safe to drive in Phuket?

Yes, but be cautious. Roads can be narrow and winding. Remember to drive on the LEFT side and watch for motorcycles.

Do I need GPS?

GPS is helpful but not essential. Most smartphones work well with Google Maps. GPS rental is available for $2/day.

Where can I park?

Most hotels, restaurants, and attractions have parking. Beach parking is usually available but can be limited during high season.

Fuel & Costs

What is the fuel policy?

We provide the car with a full tank. Please return it with the same level to avoid refueling charges.

How much does fuel cost?

Petrol costs approximately 35-40 THB per liter ($1.00-1.15 per liter). Diesel is slightly cheaper.

Are there toll roads in Phuket?

No, there are no toll roads in Phuket. All roads are free to use.
